Lovely hotel, very tastefully done and very relaxing atmosphere, staff were amazing and nothing too much trouble, we will be back

We stayed mid week for a 2 night spa break to celebrate our wedding earlier in the week. I contacted the hotel ahead of us booking and the room had been decorated with petals and a lovely welcome message and bottle of wine. A simple touch that made the start of our get away simply perfect. The spa treatments were lovely and the spa itself was quiet and well maintained. The real show stopper for us was dinner. We dined in the restaurant and had the server David, what can I say! What a credit to the company. Again, David offered us a glass of fizz and seemed genuinely interested in how our wedding had gone. Nothing was too much trouble. Food (steaks) were simply stunning and cooked to perfection. David continued to check in us during our stay asking if there was anything else he could do which was very much appreciated. We dined out in Stratford on our second night but really wish we had stayed in the hotel to sample some more of their stunning food! All the staff were so lovely and constantly checked in, a fantastic visit start to finish!

Perfect location The Daisy from reception give to us so warm welcome you fell you are at home, and make sure we have all information and she just check all booked our services. Nice clean room, crispy bedlinen( by Satine)many thanks The massage ladies Ellie and Maisy give to us so relax massage with body scrub( that was new experience) Then by dinner David makes wonderful dinner service with perfect wine recommendation. All together nice so quiet rooms, Was perfect stay.

Looked for a relaxing spa break near bham, and by far the best value and good amenities was this hotel. We had a couple of spa treatments over the two days and vouchers towards our evening meals which worked out very well. Louise was great at meal times thank you, well all staff were very good. Im not a fan if spa but thevtreatments we both had were relaxing and peaceful. The downsides were corridors were quite cold and the pool amenities were needing slight renovations. The positives outweigh the negatives by Mike's so.... will be booking again as the whole experience was fab. Thanks Stratford Manor.

Had a great time. Lots of good facilities in a quiet, out of town location. We used the restaurant, bar , pool and steam room. All clean and the staff are very helpful. Even had a back massage from Ellie which left me feeling fantastic and totally relaxed. Only minus was the fact that the downstairs loo for gents was out of order for our whole three day stay, whick meant returning to our room from the bar on the odd occasion.

Lovely experience, the spa was warm and relaxing, very clean and welcoming. Food was great and so was the service. I had a wonderful massage by Kristina who understood what I needed and was really friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job and it really made a difference. Thank you :)

The staff in the hotel & restaurant were all so helpful and welcoming. The outside games were great and the pool & facilities were fantastic. I was just a little disappointed with the pool on the Sunday morning, half the pool was hired out for children’s swim lessons but when several decided to stay on in the other side of the pool after their lessons and splash around this somewhat dampened the whole spa experience for us and we ended up cutting our time short.

I needed a couple of days away and this was just the perfect solution for me. I booked the 2-night stay with spa package and 2 dinners and breakfasts included and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed with smiles all round and treated with respect the whole time, I honestly could not have been treated any better. Right from the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble - my dairy-free milk alternative was brought to my room (on more than one occasion); David (in the restaurant) made sure the kitchen took note of my lactose intolerance and they did and made some items differently for me - the food was incredible by the way; the breakfast server (sorry, did not get her name) was very smiley and welcoming and went over and above to get me a jug of my lactose-free milk, so I was not inconvenienced at all; and finally Ellie in the spa was wonderful - for one so young, she was incredibly knowledgable, skilled and professional and a pleasure to talk to and her massage/facial was amazing! The bedroom was a little tired and could do with a refurb, as could some of the main areas, but the people were fantastic and I felt spoilt and very well looked after, which is what I needed. Thank you all! :-)

Just back from a night at the Stratford Manor Hotel & wished we could have stayed longer 😊 Megan checked us in & was so friendly & bubbly. Our room was so spacious & the bed and pillows were good quality which meant great sleep 😊 the breakfast team (Laura, Zoe & David) were super friendly, efficient and a joy to watch them engage with other guests whilst keeping everything running smoothly 😀 the breakfast was so delicious, good quality produce 😊 thank you Stratford Manor Team we're looking to visit again soon 😊

The hotel is in a lovely area! Our room was clean and spacious, and the spa facilities were fantastic. A huge thank you to Maisy for my back and leg massage - she was utterly fantastic, and I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Our room was lovely, We had spa treatments by, Maisy and Olivia.. It was amazing so relaxing thanks girls..the pool, sauna,steam all clean, the pool water was monitored for hygiene so good Restaurant David was so welcoming, funny, food amazing. Bar area Matt was so helpful Reception. Ruby and Co. Were lovely we had so much fun and laughter with both girls. All in all a fabulous time made special by the staff..would highly recommend thank you all so much..

We stayed here after our wedding as did lots of our guests. Indya and the team were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, spa is great and food is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

It's in a good location with lovely grounds and easy parking. I had a nice, clean room, with a comfy bed and wasn't disturbed by any noise. I found all the staff really friendly and helpful. The reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, the Spa staff (lovely massage and facial with Maisy) were all really polite and friendly. Also the food was very tasty and it was nice to be able to relax in the pool area.

Was a very friendly experience, we were able to check in early as the room was ready, lunch, dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Room was tidy and even included a fan as it was hot. Had a massage from Olivia which was perfect. Overall very impressed and considering the reasonable cost. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely stay at Stratford Manor for a colleagues birthday. In particular the breakfast experience which was welcoming, relaxed, the food was delicious and the team were very helpful, shout out to Julie, Keith, Laura, Mia, Haans and Grace F.

An incredible two night spa break, made to feel so welcome from the moment we stepped through the doors. Clearly you’ve built a strong team, from Matt on the bar making our Hugo’s, Megan at dinner, Laura and David at breakfast plus the amazing spa team and treatments. Obviously the weather helped but thank you for making our weekend special :)

Breakfast was amazing sat outside the patio with a filling breakfast in the sun. Thanks to Megan on reception for organising and Sam and Julie on the breakfast team for helping me out - I kept going back for more. I will be back!

We stayed for one night in the 'Stratford Manor' hotel and the service from Daisy (Daisie ?) on reception, was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful and we hope that we may see her again, when we stay. The bedrooms each had electric fans supplied, which were much-needed in the hot weather. Lovely breakfast. This was our third stay at the hotel and my family group of three people enjoyed the experience.

Recently had a spa day here as my birthday present, its me and my mums go to! Always friendly staff and nice facilities. I had Maisy for a back massage and facial and she was brilliant and my back feel soo much better! Thank you so much Maisy :)
