Very lovely
The hotel was superb. Comfy beds, great food. The spa was excellent, had a treatment with Ellie who was super professional and very lovely.

Had a wonderful time on our spa day - Ellie was amazing. She was very welcoming, explained our treatment, made us comfortable and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Would absolutely recommend.
2 night stay
We stayed here as a family of 3 for 2 nights to explore the local area. The hotel is great for families with generous family swim times in the lovely heated pool,all staff were friendly and approachable,food in the restaurant was delicious. The family room was a decent size with a good shower,would definitely recommend.
Spa day
Went for a couples spa day as a gift from someone, and the whole experience was amazing. Olivia and Jade carried out our treatments and the massages were more than we could have hoped for! Very relaxing and professional. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities clean and the food was amazing too! Would absolutely recommend anyone to go.
Spa Day
Had a lovely spa day, and Jade was amazing! I had the Elemis Deep Tissue Massage, and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Jade!

We visited this hotel earlier in july and liked it so much we returned at the end of july. Great service,great food and great swimming pool.

I hope I get to go again!
My friend kindly bought me a ‘spa day’ gift for my birthday and we went to Stratford Manor Hotel. We enjoyed our chatting, the pool a couple of times, lunch with Prosecco and a ‘Fit for Business’ massage, exfoliation & back mask treatment each. The lady that did my treatment was called Jade and it was excellent. She clearly knew what she was doing all the way through. I’d certainly go again! My friend also enjoyed her treatment too. Well done ladies, thank you! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as was our waiter at lunch too. Thanks all.
Great Brunch
We had a lovely brunch and really enjoyed our visit. The food was delicious with generous portions. The only slight downside was that we had to stick with just one cocktail option, which wasn’t ideal and would have been nice to have a bit more variety or the option to try different drinks. A special mention to Matt and trainee, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
Brilliant Customer Service
We had a brilliant two night stay at The Stratford Manor last weekend. The customer service received from the staff was second to none. We upgraded to a deluxe room but I think you just get extra space as the in-room amenities are about the same as a standard room. We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was good, apart from some rather charred scallops on the first night, otherwise all good. We had a spa day on the Saturday and Maisie and Jade were really attentive and come highly recommended. Also worth a mention is Matt the bar tender, Archie the server in the restaurant and Laura front of house at breakfast. We will definitely be back.
Spa day
Enjoyed a Spa day on 5/8/26 as a treat with a friend. We had a gorgeous lunch in the restaurant (the man on the bar- unsure of his name, was very friendly) followed by an amazing’Fit for business’ treatment by Ellie. She explained everything in detail before & after the treatment. The treatment was for 50 minutes & I didn’t want it to end! It was fantastic! I was left feeling very relaxed & revitalised. Thank you Ellie.
Fabulous spa day
Had the most amazing Fit for Business massage from Maisy. Very informative consultation before and after my treatment. Maisy was attentive, professional, friendly and considerate and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. The treatment was amazing - I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and ready to sleep! A relaxed day had at the spa with a very tasty lunch served by a very lovely gentleman whose name i did not get but he was fabulous (worked over lunch on 5/8/36). Thank you also to Ellie who greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and made sure that we were ok during our visit. Five stars from me - the very best staff who go out of their way to make your day special. Thank you
The Restaurant & Reception
Archie from the restraunt waited on us and was terrific made sure everything went smoothly and the food was delicious and Emma from reception was very helpful with my query brilliant staff overall :)
Fantastic family weekend.
Had a fantastic weekend to get the family together for my mum’s 80th birthday celebration. Great location and wonderful service across the whole hotel. Perfect all round with great facilities, spacious rooms and lovely grounds. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel
Went for a 2 night break last weekend! What a fabulous hotel – spotlessly clean throughout and in beautiful surroundings! The room we had was absolutely fine apart from not having air-con! A fan was provided but the heat was unbearable at times!! The staff were all spot on! All were very welcoming/friendly and very good at their jobs! Buffet Breakfast – nice variety to choose from - unfortunately some items not replenished as quickly as most would like! Dinner – fairly extensive menu – something for everyone! Overall – lovely stay. Found it to be quite expensive (bar and restaurant) but apart from that all good!!
Lovely experience, great service
Lovely trip with a friend for a spa trip with a great meal which was delicious and the service was fantastic by Archie! We were well cared for and it was such a lovely environment. Thank you for a great time!

Lovely two night break
Came for a two night break to Stratford upon Avon, and so glad we stayed at this Hotel, check in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the staff and food were excellent, breakfast was really nice with everything you needed to start the day.And the use of the swimming pool was an added bonus. If we ever come back to Stratford upon Avon we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend Hotel
a very relaxing, destressing break away
We went on a two day/two night stay the food was really nice we were served food on our first night by a lovely waiter called Archie who was very polite and professional. We also had a back shoulder and neck massage and facial Ellie was really low key and the experience was very relaxing. Overall the staff were great and very friendly and professional. They were helpful when need and had good knowledge of the area and where to find things or things to do. A great experience all round.
